HDR II

Sometimes when you work with a picture too long you forget how it really looks, so in about one to one hundred words describe your first impression of this one.

My dear friend John Miller may or may not have taken this picture. We were together and constantly exchanging cameras and the memory has too long faded into the abyss of my mind to recall which eye was behind the lens on this capture. In other words, I forgot.

My first thought was, Hmm, interesting. I like it. After looking at it some more I will say that it looks like everything is leaning toward the middle. Was the corner/side stuff done with photoshop, or did you already have that effect when you took the picture?

I like it. Everything about it. Please, if you don’t mind, send me the high-res version and I would like to do my own tweaking, to see what I can come up with.

OOOOOoooh. You used a trial version of Photomatix. Please send me both, or all three, images and I will manually do it in photoshop. No watermark needed.

Check out Brian Coblentz’ photomatix job:

    here.

my first impression was “now there is an awesome pic” it might mean more to you other people if you were farmers. (there is just no job that really matches up to farming)

    Hello Benji,

I love this picture! I work for an agribusiness association in the Midwest and wondered if I could use the photo in a save-the-date postcard to about 15-20 legislators for our winter convention and legislative conference. Let me know what you think.

    Thanks,

    Ginger
