I am very open to reader submissions. Especially ones of taken internationally or with some other interesting characteristic, along with aesthetic value. My qualifications are by no means exclusive to pictures that don’t necessarily fall under the above mentioned traits. So, fire away…
You’ll have to set the users that register as something other than the default. I think it has to be set to “Author” or higher to post, but I’m not 100% sure… maybe “Contributer”
