Yoder Heritage Day
August 31st, 2006 by Benji Mast
Yoder Heritage Day is a festival that takes place in Yoder, Kansas annually. It has been said it was begun by the local Amish because they weren’t allowed to go to the fair. Many events took place, including a parade, two tractor pulls (one pedal for children, another by antique tractors), two cowboy poets, a magic show, live music, a fireworks display, and a series of rodeo type events.

Like one person commented ” Yoder Days is the only time that you can have an Amish holiday and a Rodeo at the same time”. lol.

Great pics. We have visited Yoder Heritage Day for the past 2 years and enjoy every minute of it. Those guys and gals really play hard. They have no fear when it comes to their horses. I have been looking for the 2007 date online and can find nothing. Do you have any idea what the date is?
